MitID vs UMEUS

MitID is your digital ID. You use it when you want to log in, sign digitally and approve actions in various self-service solutions. If you need to approve on your mobile or tablet, you do it with a single swipe in the app. To authenticate on your computer, scan a QR code.
 Activate your MitID You can activate your MitID in your app by scanning your passport/ID card or with an activation code from Borgerservice. If you have a new mobile, you can copy your MitID from your old app.
 In the app you can also...
 View or change your user ID, change the mobile number you use for MitID, block or reactivate MitID, approve with a button instead of a swipe, or choose the app in multiple languages. Have a spare MitID Having an extra MitID is a good idea. If you happen to lose your mobile with the app on it, you can still use MitID. The UMEUS app From the moment you move into your Studio at UMEUS, the UMEUS app will be your trusted digital helper and access point to all relevant information about your Studio and the community of UMEUS. The UMEUS app includes: - Your “Home Assistant” for you to ask questions or report any issues you might experience to the UMEUS Team. - A messaging system to communicate directly with your Community Manager. - A storage of all your UMEUS housing documents. - A booking system where you can book some of the common areas and facilities. - Event calendar with all of the upcoming social events at UMEUS. The UMEUS app will make sure to keep you updated on all the newest information and send you community service updates via push notifications. The UMEUS app is developed to service you every day when living at UMEUS.
