Energy Transfer OrderUp is an app that allows for Energy Transfer customers to request Crude Oil and Condensate pickups and view booking history in real-time via mobile device. This app communicates with Energy Transfer’s dispatching system to place orders for locations that are currently under contract with Energy Transfer. Getting Started: • Contact your Energy Transfer Crude Marketing Representative to request a registration form • Fill out registration form and send to your Marketer • Upon approval, you’ll receive your login information from a Customer Service Representative • Download Order Up in the iOS App Store to begin! Features: • Each user’s account is created to include the leases for Operating Company that Energy Transfer Crude Trucking is authorized to haul • Schedule Full Load pickups (Single location, one tank) • Schedule Split Tank pickups (Single location, two tanks) • Request Split Lease pickups (Two locations, two tanks) • Receive confirmation emails that details your order bookings • View Customer Service Contact Information • Review outstanding orders and hauled orders previously booked
