iRatio is a FREE to use, easily accessible, and user-friendly app that shows at a glance an up-to-date and accurate work performance that will motivate you to maintain the quality and reliability of your work and, thereby, your work iRatio. Each business and each employee create their own profile. The employer can request to add the employee’s profile to their business, which then gives only this selected employer permission to view and leave work performance reviews. It is up to the employer how often they want to leave reviews. Once the performance review is posted, it is there for good and cannot be edited or deleted by the employee. The performance reviews are easily accessible at any time and from anywhere by the employee or their selected employer. If the employee starts a new job, all they do is change their current employer.

This App is built for Anekdote current customers, followers and members. Inside the app, news about the latest releases, events and other important developments will be published in order to keep the users updated with the latest information. They are also able to interact in our own social media feature, where they can view, record, upload, like and comment on the posted images and videos.
