The C19-YRS app can be configured by clinical teams as part of a clinical service, by Universities for research, or used independently through our public-facing applications. Our clinical version of the app is intended for patients registered at a clinical service which has invited them to download the app to manage their condition remotely, complete assessments, and access support resources to improve their health and wellbeing, according to the individual service’s purpose. The app may also be used for research studies who register participants onto the app to take part in projects. If you are using the app as part of a service or project, a member of staff will provide users with their login details or instructions on how to sign up for the app. Please contact a member of staff at your service or project team for support if you get stuck. We have two public facing apps as of 2025: 1 Autonom-e+ in collaboration with University of Leeds. An account is required to access this app. Download the app if an account has been created for you on the Hope Programme or on a course hosted on the app. The app offers access to a range of evidence-based health and wellbeing courses. Available 24/7 on any device - learn at time and pace that suits you - safe environment – option to remain anonymous. The Hope Programme Self-management course based on positive psychology, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy, built on 20 years of research evidence. The Hope Programme can help you to: • be more relaxed • set goals that are important to YOU • deal with stress and extreme tiredness • share your fears and worries • live well with a long-term condition • cope better with providing care Meet others in the same situation and try a range of interactive activities including goal setting, gratitude, hope for the future, mood, activity and symptoms tracking, journaling and an online forum. Supported by trained facilitators with lived experience. Coproduction is at the heart of all we do. The Hope programme and the app has been co-designed with people living with chronic illness, carers, researchers and healthcare professionals.
