Pentagon Strength is a structured strength training app built by a real coach — not an algorithm. TRAIN WITH STRUCTURE Every workout is pre-planned. No guesswork, no wasted sets. Your weekly plan loads automatically so you can walk into the gym and execute. A PLAN FOR YOUR GOAL Pick strength, muscle mass or weight loss, and tell it how many days a week you can train. The app builds your four-week program and renews it when the cycle ends. Change your goal and the next plan picks it up. LOG EVERY SET Weight, reps and rated effort (RPE). Four sets per exercise, so your volume stays consistent week to week and the comparison actually means something. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Total volume, volume per exercise, and a summary of every week. On Sundays you get a recap of the days you trained. NO NOISE No ads. No third-party trackers. New accounts include 5 days of full access. After that, choose a plan to keep training. PLANS • Pentagon Premium Monthly — $11.99 per month • Pentagon Premium Yearly — $79.99 per year • Pentagon Premium Lifetime — $149.99 one-time purchase, not a subscription Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your plan and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
