Distributed Recipient Messenger (DRMessenger) is an application for users with the option to subscribe up to 20 event codes concurrently. The event codes are provided by DRM system owners, who provide the codes to mobile users for registration. The app is designed to be used as a messaging tool for a customer, employer, or an organization to communicate with their employees, staff, members, or clientele. Only authorized DRM administrators have the authority to send messages via event codes to subscribers. The authorized DRM administrator has the option of selecting one or multiple event codes to send a message to multiple groups at once, at one of three levels of alerting: • High Importance • Situational • Awareness CAPSOL does not generate or control any message content.

About

Upkeep Nest

Never miss another home maintenance task. Upkeep tracks every recurring chore around your property — from the furnace filter you keep forgetting to the gutters that always overflow — and reminds you before things break, not after. WHY UPKEEP Most home maintenance apps make you set up a complicated schedule. With Upkeep, just tell it what you did and when. It figures out the rest, and keeps reminding you until the next one is done. SMART SCHEDULING • Floating tasks shift based on when you actually complete them. Changed the filter two weeks late? The next one adjusts automatically. • Fixed tasks always land on the same date. Trim the apple trees every March, no matter when you get to it. • Set any interval — daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or every few years. MULTIPLE PROPERTIES Track your home, vacation house, rental properties, and office all in one place. Each property has its own task list and history. SHARE WITH YOUR HOUSEHOLD Invite family members or co-owners so everyone sees what needs doing. Assign tasks to a specific person — only they get notified, but the whole household can see the list and pitch in. COMPLETION HISTORY Full log of every time a task was done, by whom, with optional notes and photos. Know exactly when you last serviced the HVAC, what brand of filter you bought, or who cleaned the dryer vent. SIMPLE, NOT OVERWHELMING The dashboard shows three things: what's overdue, what's due today, and what's coming up this week. No clutter, no busywork. WHO IT'S FOR • Homeowners tired of forgetting maintenance • Couples and families who want to split responsibilities • Landlords managing rental properties • Property managers tracking maintenance across buildings • Anyone who's ever had a preventable repair bill How much did your last emergency repair cost? Upkeep prevents those by keeping you on schedule.
