About

VmTalk

Features

VmTalk is a comprehensive social application integrating instant messaging, contact management, video content, discovery services, and a personal center. It's designed for users who want to manage communication, sharing, exploration, and lifestyle services through a single app. You can register and log in with your email address to securely access the VmTalk account system and stay connected with friends, manage contacts, browse video content, explore communities, and access services within the app. For chat, VmTalk supports basic communication capabilities such as one-on-one conversations, group chats, message lists, and conversation management. Users can quickly view recent conversations and enter the corresponding chat window to communicate with contacts in real time through the chat page. The application will continuously optimize the messaging experience, including conversation list display, unread notifications, connection status alerts, and message notifications, making daily communication smoother. Regarding contacts, VmTalk allows users to search for and add friends by email or VmTalk ID, view friend requests, manage contact relationships, and access features such as contact details, sending messages, adding notes, grouping, and blacklisting. We do not forcibly access your phone's address book, allowing users greater autonomy in managing their social relationships. In terms of video, VmTalk offers a short video browsing and interactive experience. Users can watch video streams, like, comment, share, favorite, and follow creators, and also publish their own video content. Published videos can be viewed and managed in "My Videos," including video title, description, visibility, transcoding status, and playback data. Video content supports reporting, review, and hiding mechanisms to help maintain a healthy and safe community environment. Regarding discovery, VmTalk integrates entry points such as QR code scanning, circles, shopping, and event announcements. Users can explore more functions and services through the discovery page, such as scanning QR codes to add friends or join group chats, viewing recommended circles, and browsing platform services. The discovery page will gradually integrate backend operational configurations, providing users with more timely and valuable content entry points. In terms of the personal center, users can view and manage their account information, account status, notification settings, device security, wallet, orders, favorites, my videos, creator center, community rules, privacy policy, and user agreement. The account center displays information such as email verification status, communication account binding status, and recent login records, helping users better understand their account security. VmTalk uses an application server to centrally manage its account system, while communication services are provided by a dedicated communication server. User registration, login, and password retrieval are all handled by the application server. Communication accounts are automatically created and bound by the system; users do not need to manually configure server addresses. This architecture improves account management, security control, and service stability. To ensure user experience and community security, VmTalk supports mechanisms such as email verification codes, password login, password retrieval, account disabling, device management, reporting, blacklists, content moderation, sensitive word detection, and operation logs. We aim to provide users with a safe, simple, and reliable environment for communication and content sharing.
