Evidence-based physical training and nutrition for the tactical community. Wolves are tenacious predators on their own, as a pack they are loyal, precise, and organized. Welcome to our Wolfpack. Our coaches provide strength and conditioning, nutrition, and mobility support for tactical humans and their supports (SO/NOK). With years of experience working with SOF, reg. force, and first responder units, we understand the lifestyle, goals, and the unique challenges that come with the uniform. As this life is rarely a solo endeavour, we extend our professional expertise and services to your SO/NOK. Just because you are posted, doesn't mean your dietitian, strength coach, and support team has to change, we've got you. Structuring training/fuelling programs to crush your goals while accommodating exercises, deployments, and family obligations is what we do. With the app, you can: - Access training plans and track workouts - Schedule workouts and stay committed by beating your personal bests - Track progress towards your goals - Manage your nutrition intake as prescribed by your coach - Set health and fitness goals - Message your coach in real-time - Track body measurements and take progress photos - Get push notification reminders for scheduled workouts and activities - Connect to wearable devices like Apple Watch (synced to Health app), Fitbit and Withings to sync body stats instantly

With the help of iBurndown you can systematically lose weight and record your body weight, muscle mass and body fat percentage. The weight is displayed in a burndown chart. The actual course of the weight can be compared with a straight line of constant weight loss rate. The entries are synchronized between devices via iCloud. You also have the option of calculating body mass index (BMI) and basal metabolic rate (BMR) in a fitness view and displaying information on these parameters. The app also calculates the date when you can reach the goal based on the targeted weight loss speed.
