Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Straus Design/Build at 5.0 against ProPlans's 4.3. Straus Design/Build also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). ProPlans's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
