FUNCAP
This app helps individuals diagnosed with ME/CFS self-evaluate and record their functional capacity. It uses questionnaires to assess various domains and can generate PDF reports, optionally including heart and movement metrics. Data is integrated with HealthKit and is not transferred elsewhere.
