Crashes when I try to see history

A useful app to track energy levels and be aware when you need to rest. But it crashes whenever I try to view my history, which makes it useless for seeing long term patterns.

Unzuverlässig

Diese App stürzt permanent ab. Im
Grunde unbrauchbar. Die Aufzeichnungen wären hilfreich, könnte man sie extrahieren.

Not always helpful

I’ve only recently been diagnosed with ME and trying to get my head around energy management.
I haven’t yet found an app that I find helpful. I like this one BUT, it glitches quite a fair bit and I hate that I can’t edit something if I make a mistake when tracking. As a result I have deleted the app. Until a function that enables the user to delete or adjust the energy when entered in correctly it doesn’t seem helpful. ME can cause confusion, brain fog and other cognitive issues, with that in mind it’s easy to make a mistake

Would be 5 star if

I downloaded this app today set all my gains and losses etc filled in the tracker as I was going got to 5 pm and it just crashed and now opens I get the start screen and crashes again. I’m trying to avoid the crashes please sort this as it looks like a brilliant app.

Very helpful but not stable

Basically a very good app for coping better with ME/CFS and managing your personal performance limits. The app makes you realize quite quickly how you can get through the day better without reaching your limits.
One problem, however, is that the app keeps crashing and is not very stable.
It would also be great if you could sort the created activities afterwards, for example by simply moving them.
Nevertheless, the app helps me a lot and I hope it will be developed further!

Fantastic

Use to monitor my fibromyalgia. Great tool! Can sometimes be glitchy when trying to go back and edit but no Update available to correct

A great app to help, with the same problem as me!

I love this app, it’s so handy to work out what’s making you crash. The only problem is, it crashes too! 😭

Great concept

Such a good concept, but my app stopped working the second day. I lost everything I’d worked on

A bit overwhelming

I like the concept of the app. However, I think there’s some definite improvements. I, for one do not really have any neutral activities and we should be taking into consideration changing baseline. Those activities might be neutral in that moment for me, but might not be later. I would love to see that incorporated somehow. It is also a little bit overwhelming too when cognitively exhausted to know or think about how many hours were used and be able to convert them to spoons, so maybe some tips on how to do this would be helpful for people, or changing to some kind of day hour tracking system like in the app bearable; where they use a rating system of severity of like mild, moderate, severe, to very severe throughout the day.

Really Useful

This app has really helped to keep track of my activities and energy use. It encourages me to rest and do meditation and relaxing activities to conserve my energy. I feel less guilty ‘doing nothing’ as I can clearly see that it’s what I need to keep me from crashes and PEM.

Unfortunately not for me

I just downloaded the app and I got as far as the first question which asks you to choose neutral activities, ie, those activities which neither tire you or rest you. I don’t think I have any neutral activities. Everything that doesn’t rest me tires me. But I have severe ME/CFS and the app does say it’s not designed for that level of illness. So I guess it makes sense that it’s not suitable for me.
However it looks like a good app and I think it would be helpful for others who have more capacity than me.

Can’t use it

On the intro pages, the “skip” link covers up the lower few rows of words - they are unreadable.

On the examples for weighting. There is no way to get off the page. The bottom of the page is gone.

Thanks for this help🙏🏽

Thank you for this app especially because it is free. It is not easy and I needed some time to estimate my activities properly. Unfortunately I don't know English very well, but the good thing is that I can make my own entries in German.
Hopefully this app can protect me from upcoming crashes!
Thanks for this help 🙏🏽

Can’t get past the set ups

Screen is frozen on setting activities that take energy. Won’t scroll past instructions!

Too buggy

I liked the concept behind this app so much I downloaded it twice. The first time I tried it, after several weeks, it started giving me 2000 units to start off each day. I couldn’t figure out why, so I deleted the app and data and started over. This time I’ve only used it a few days. On the first day, I started with 7000 units of energy for my opening balance. I wish! On day 5, my remaining energy units appeared as 295.5, but the actual number was -1045.

Granted, I only have mild chronic fatigue, and maybe this app wasn’t designed for me. I did reduce the units on my activities quite low compared to the defaults; maybe if I’d made them even lower, I might not have had a problem.

Useful idea but error with calculations

This app has really helped me understand pacing and how it can benefit managing ME. I want to continue using it, however the cumulative calculator seems to not work past 2/3 days or there is an error with the calculations which makes it redundant.
If this is fixed it would be a really great app.

It would also be useful to alter past days when you get behind with logging activities or energy levels. Since these are often the busy days that you then need to account for when you have time afterwards.

A much needed app for ME/CFS Long Covid

This app is good at tracking your energy use and helps you better understand what is causing your worse fatigue episodes
