DATS is a combination of a web application that is accessed through an internet connection and browser (DATS Web), and a smartphone/tablet app that runs independently of an internet connection (DATS Mobile). Together, they help you and your people do all the heavy lifting! Some important DATS Mobile features include: Notifications & Quick Checks – DATS Mobile allows you to opt-in to push notifications when important things happen in DATS that directly pertain to your account, and your responsibilities. Mobile Training Wallet – Your DATS Mobile account holds all of your training records so they can quickly be referenced should you ever need to produce them for a company representative, customer, or auditor. Training Verification – Use DATS Mobile to scan employee QR codes (possibly on hardhats or ID cards) to confirm their training and subsequent site and/or equipment access or permissions. Reference Materials – Even in the middle of nowhere you can reference important documentation like operators’ manuals or troubleshooting guides. To find documents you can either search the directory, or scan a QR code. Conduct Inspections – Initiate equipment or worksite inspections even when offline. Make things ever quicker by having QWR codes on each piece of equipment, scan it, and get started! Mobile Form Submission – Access any of your company forms and get them moving forward. If you are offline, DATS Mobile will store your records for you so they can be submitted and routed to the correct people once you rerun to connectivity.
