About

Able to Plan

Features

Able to Plan is the planner that thinks along with you. Keep tasks, appointments and reminders in one place and hold school, work and life calmly together. Not a fuller calendar, but a day that fits. Most planners just fill up your calendar. Able to Plan does something different: it makes your tasks doable. Appointments are your fixed anchors, and you plan your tasks calmly around them. And when your head is full, Pip thinks along with you. HOW IT WORKS • Capture. Drop tasks in your inbox, set a reminder or quickly speak one in. • Organize. Plan tasks around your appointments and let Pip help when your day gets too full. • Do. See only what matters today: your next task, appointment and reminder. • Reflect. Close your day with a short check-in and start tomorrow lighter. PIP, YOUR PLANNING COACH Pip looks at your tasks and planning, helps you prioritize and calmly moves open tasks to days with room. Ask what to do first, have your day organized or run a weekly review. That way tasks don't keep floating, but get a place again. EXAM WEEK, WITHOUT THE STRESS See an exam or test in your calendar? Pip spots it and suggests study sessions spread across the days before, so revising never happens the night before again. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Tasks, appointments and reminders together • Habits and routines you build at your own pace, with a streak that keeps you going • Reminders with notifications and separate lists for groceries, home, school or work • Recurring tasks that come back on their own • Sync your school or work schedule automatically via iCal • Scan a paper planner or schedule and turn it into digital tasks • Quickly speak in a task or reminder when typing isn't handy • Shared lists for your partner, family or team • Daily reflection and weekly review for more realistic planning • Streaks, XP and badges that build your motivation • Widgets to see your planning at a glance WEB AND MOBILE Plan your week calmly on your laptop and check your day on the go on your phone. Everything syncs, so your planning stays the same on every screen. WHO IT'S FOR Able to Plan is made for people who do want to plan, but don't want to be stuck in a complicated system. For school, study, work and home. You don't have to plan perfectly. You just have to know what needs attention right now. You can start for free. Extended Pip help and smart AI actions are part of Premium. You'll always see the current options and prices clearly in the app before you pay.
