Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Pro Dispatch Hub at 5.0 against Empire Load's 3.5. Empire Load's advantage is ratings volume (96 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
