I’ve been with this company for almost 6 months. I don’t even get one Load. I think it’s a waste of time. Or they want you to work for $0.60

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
They charged me $4ish to approve my truck, right after I paid them and went through their sketchy process they blocked my number. I’ve called multiple times no answer. Apple should just remove this app from their App Store. They took my money and my truck did not get approve.

This app has great potential, but there’s too many people trying to do one job at a time and it’s very confusing with regards to pick up locations and drop offs and timely coordination different people chiming in to tell you something else to do when you were instructed by on how to proceed plans change in a blink of an eye, and you are responsible for reconfiguring things based upon their unorganized approach to dispatching loads.

Recently bid on 3 loads out of Pharr, TX. Clean MC, fully compliant, ready to roll. No response. No booking. No explanation.
This outfit does not communicate and does not respect carriers. Seems like they post loads to harvest rates, not to move freight. If you’re a serious operator under your own authority, steer clear. Empire Loads is not built for our kind.

They are ok. They pay timely. My only issue is if the dispatcher thinks you are bidding too high they won’t send your bid in. They don’t want to pay for empty mile. They expect you to take .50 cent a mile and drive an hour for free. I literally sat waiting to be loaded for 4 hours and they paid me and extra $12. Ive literally bid $25-$50 higher with other companies to be told my big was to high by Empire and get the accepted for the higher bid else where. When they want to make money they are good and when they want to take money they are terrible. Good drivers could be making a bunch more money if not for the greed by dispatchers

This app is free to use, they pay you very fast with minimum fee (just 1% for quick pay and no fee for standard pay) which is incredible in compared with other companies that may have more than 10% fee you can choose your own loads, nobody forced you to work every day, but they have loads 24/7, you can work whenever you want. Good Drivers can make money every day in this company.
