ShuttleSensei

ShuttleSensei is an 8-week badminton training plan built with a head coach — not a generic workout generator. Every session is structured, sequenced, and designed to build the specific engine badminton demands: fast feet, a harder smash, and rallies you don't fade in. STRUCTURED, NOT RANDOM Two phases, eight weeks, five session types a week — Strength, Stamina, Explosive, Speed, and Upper Body — each with its own focus and its own day. No guessing what to train or when. Just open the app and follow the plan. TRACK EVERY SESSION AND EVERY REP Check off exercises as you complete them within a session, then mark the whole session done. Your progress ring fills in real time, and a "Resume Workout" prompt picks up exactly where you left off. COACHED, NOT JUST PROGRAMMED Every exercise links to a short coaching video so you see correct form before your first set — not after you've already built a bad habit. Rest periods, rep ranges, and set counts are all prescribed, not left to guesswork. WEEKLY BENCHMARKS THAT MEAN SOMETHING Track concrete 8-week targets — squat load, T-drill time, beep test level, box jump height, 400m pace — so progress is measurable, not just a feeling. Coach's rules keep every session honest: rest only as prescribed, every rep with full intent, watch the video before you lift. PROGRESSION THAT'S EARNED Weeks unlock as you complete sessions, not just as time passes — Week 2 opens once you've put in the work in Week 1. The plan rewards consistency over perfection. YOUR PROGRESS, EVERYWHERE Sign in with Apple, Google, or email and your training history follows you — switch devices without losing a single completed session. SHOW UP. LEVEL UP. WIN.
