Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Bidque at 5.0 against Bidder Tool's 3.1. Bidder Tool's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
