Arculus was created by CompoSecure, a 20-year leader in security, payment, and digital-asset storage technology solutions. HOW ARCULUS WORKS Your Arculus wallet solution is made up of two parts that work together: a physical Arculus Key™ Card and the mobile Arculus Wallet™ App. The Arculus Key Card is a sleek, metal card with leading-edge embedded security technology, a CC EAL6+ Secure Element Hardware Classification, to securely store your crypto and NFT keys. The card can be purchased at the Arculus website – getarculus.com. Your Arculus wallet protects your digital assets with 3-factor authentication relying on something you are (a biometric marker), something you know (a PIN), and something you have (your Arculus Key Card). Arculus has no cables, no Bluetooth, or USB connections and it never needs to be charged. It’s true cold storage. Your private keys are stored on the card and are always in your possession. Zero-Knowledge Policy Cuvex never requests, stores, or processes personally identifiable information. You can manage your Cuvex cards and use the app without ever revealing any personal data not even your email address! Intuitive and User-Friendly Experience Our app is designed to be exceptionally simple and intuitive. Whether you're a seasoned crypto professional or just entering the world of blockchain technology, you’ll enjoy a seamless experience from the very start. 1. Monitor Wallet Balances “Watch Only” The app enables you to view real-time balances of your wallet(s) in a secure, watch-only mode. 2. Manage Your Cards For security reasons, we advise against physically labeling your Cuvex cards. Instead, you can visually track them in the app using the aliases you've assigned via your Cuvex device. Cuvex will notify you when it's advisable to clone your cryptogram to a new card, since the typical card lifespan is approximately 10 years or 15,000 usage cycles. 3. NEW Sign PSBT Transactions with Dual Airgap First Airgap: Configure the transaction within the app. Select the amount, choose UTXOs, add recipients, set transaction details, and adjust fees. Once configured, the transaction is recorded directly onto a Cuvex NFC card. Second Airgap: For final signing, the Cuvex device will prompt you to scan a second card that securely stores your encrypted seed phrase and private keys. This ensures a fully offline signing process completely isolated from internet-based vulnerabilities. 4. Comprehensive Coin Control Features Take full control of your Bitcoin management: Account Management: Create new accounts quickly and easily. Smart Transaction Labeling: Annotate each transaction with metadata such as observer, amount, and purpose to prevent address reuse. UTXO Management: Freeze specific UTXOs to avoid unintended spending and gain an extra layer of privacy control over your funds. Label and Descriptor Export: Backup your labeled metadata with a tag file, allowing seamless wallet migration to a new smartphone whenever needed. 5. Firmware Updates Keeping your Cuvex device updated is not only essential for security, but also enables access to all the latest features we roll out. You can sync your Cuvex device via a fully encrypted Bluetooth connection with asymmetric key exchange and firmware hash validation. This ensures a completely secure update process no need to connect it to a computer. Embrace Sovereign and Secure Self-Custody!
