HomeCache — Smarter Home Care Your home is your biggest investment, but keeping track of everything it needs shouldn't live in your head, a junk drawer of receipts, or a dozen scattered notes. Homecache captures every detail of your home — every appliance, every repair, every task — organized room by room, so nothing slips through the cracks and small problems never become expensive ones. ORGANIZED ROOM BY ROOM Homecache mirrors the way you actually think about your home. Browse by kitchen, garage, bathroom, basement — every room holds its own appliances, maintenance tasks, and history. Standing in front of a leaky faucet? Open that room and everything you need is right there. NEVER MISS MAINTENANCE AGAIN Set up recurring schedules for everything your home needs — HVAC filter changes, gutter cleaning, water heater flushes, smoke detector batteries, and more. Homecache reminds you exactly when it's time, so you can stop guessing and start staying ahead. EVERY APPLIANCE, EVERY DETAIL Keep a complete record of every appliance and system in your home: model and serial numbers, purchase dates, manuals, warranty coverage, paint colors, filter sizes — if it matters, Homecache remembers it. When something breaks, you'll know instantly whether it's still under warranty, and have every spec a repair tech needs right in your pocket. A COMPLETE SERVICE HISTORY, AT YOUR FINGERTIPS Log every repair, service visit, and DIY fix as it happens. Over time, Homecache builds a full history of your home — who did the work, what it cost, and when. It's invaluable for troubleshooting recurring issues, and a powerful record to hand over when it's time to sell.
