Disappointed
I would have to agree I don’t like the fact that I’m always trying to hunt down each device. At some point devices were duplicated which you cannot remove, and I was really excited about the parental control part where I can block my kids devices at night. But even when I’m blocking them, they’re still able to be on their XBOX so I don’t think it works because they’re not blocking the Internet to their devices. Real bummer.

Won’t load
I haven’t been able to get this app to load for over a week.
App barely works
Almost every single time I open this app nothing will load, it sits there on a blank screen. Closing the app doesn’t seem to help at all either, app is basically unusable.
Until recently
Until recently this app worked fine. Suddenly nothing loads. It’s pointless and a waste of time. Also it would be nice if you could access your account and pay through this app too. When it works anyway.
App doesn’t work

Bad App!
This app does not work. It tells me that my network is not connected when I fact it is connected. I called tech support and they said to uninstall and reinstall the app which I did more than once but it hasn’t solved the problem.
Horrible redesign
After the update this garbage app logged me out of the app and wants me to set everything up again. The in-app QR code thing is garbage too. The QR code on the modem is so tiny the phone won’t focus on it. So I can’t set anything up. Shame on you Wyyerd.
Sign in problems
Can not get the app to sign in with the current password. Also can not use the “Forgot Password” button to go reset it. It just stays on the failed login screen.
Fiber rocks
I got the 2Gbps deal but can go up to 8Gbps. Took a while to get to my location’s fiber laid but it’s worth it! Oh and 4-5 ms ping. Thank you

There’s always some type of issue saying the app is down or it has bad connection and won’t let me use the app

Free at last!!! STRESS-no more!
Switched from Cox’s $200/mo choke hold and ran to Wyyred to save the day. Internet connection along with the App has been working great— it’s been 6mos. Thanks Wyyred for the stress relief! (Strong gaming house hold.)

App not working
App worked great up until a week ago . Now I can’t connect to it at all . I’ve tried everything even contacting the app support. No response .
On-board your router
When I attempt to “onboard” my router I cannot because I don’t have the router that is pictured in the app. My router looks like a game console like a X-Box. I cannot do anything. I am about to go back to Cox. I shouldn’t have to deal with this the day after my dog died.

Would be much better if we could pay bill or make adjustments to plan directly from the app. Otherwise does its job

For all of Cox’s faults, at least those ‘Simple’ idiots could create a functional app.
I’ll just say this….With AI being able to write code…..Have it mimic a company that actually has a functional UI already. Jesus Christ on a Stick!
