Stop losing count. You are twelve minutes into a workout, lungs burning, and the only question that matters is the one you can no longer answer: was that round eleven, or twelve? AMRAP by DR counts for you. Set a time, pick up your kettlebell, and tap one big button after every completed round. That is the whole interaction. No menus to fight, no numbers to remember. AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE Choose a duration, choose a weight, go. The timer runs, the ring empties, and the round count grows. While you work, the app projects where you will land if you hold this pace - so you know whether to push or to breathe. EVERY ROUND, MEASURED When the time is up you see more than a number: the split time of every single round, your fastest and your slowest, and how this session compares to your record at that exact weight. Progress is hard to feel and easy to see. RECORDS THAT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE Sixteen kilos and twenty-four kilos are not the same workout, so the app does not pretend they are. Records are kept per weight. Switch between kilograms and pounds whenever you like - your history stays intact, because everything is stored in one unit underneath. YOUR WORKOUT, YOUR ORDER The default is five exercises, five repetitions each: Row, Press, Squat, Swing, Push-up. Change the names, the repetitions, the duration. Drag exercises into the order you actually train them. Build as many workouts as you want. A WEEKLY GOAL THAT IS NOT A STREAK Set how often you want to train each week. The app shows how far you have come - and says nothing when you miss. No guilt, no flames, no notifications telling you that you failed. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Switch it on and finished sessions appear in the Health app with an estimated energy burn. Write-only: the app never reads your health data. BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY Big numbers you can read at arm's length on the floor. Audio signals you hear over music, even with the ringer off. The screen stays awake. A phone call does not cost you the session - pick up where you left off. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE No account. No server. No analytics. No ads. The app has no network connection at all and works in airplane mode. Your training is yours. Free, complete, and without a single thing to unlock.
