Interval Timer for everything
Read full descriptionHide full description
Interval Timer starts a round in one tap. Built-in scenes cover the gym, Tabata, and a study break. While it runs, the screen shows the current phase, the time left, and what comes next. You can pause, skip a phase, or end early. A finished round is saved on this iPhone, with the completion count and total time. Finishing a timer is free. A subscription unlocks warm-up, cooldown, EMOM, more saved plans, spoken cues, and extra skins. It does not lock the timer itself. Apple Watch can follow the same round from your wrist.
