MoIAT encourages the establishment of industrial complexes and the enhancement of local capabilities in advanced technology, Fourth Industrial Revolution solutions, and Artificial Intelligence. The Ministry also offers 44 services for individuals and businesses.

It is the first of its kind for auctions involving real estate, cars, distinguished license plates and all kinds of movable assets. The application allows direct bidding and the completion of all procedures in a few simple steps, in accordance with the legal procedures in force. Access to the services offered by the application is fast through digital identity for UAE nationals and residents within the country. Interested persons abroad may also use the application by creating an account with their phone number and a password.
