Direct registration through this mobile application is not possible. This can only be done through the relevant Company / Employer. This mobile application is part of a larger analytical system originally developed for a german company working in Shipbuilding industry. It has been developed and improved under the influence of German requirements for innovation and quality. The development of a management system in the shipbuilding industry is a great challenge due to the fact that the work organisation requires constant movement of personnel from one place to another and therefore controlling of this movements and the work done is a challenge. It is one thing to design and implement a system for managing work in an office or hall, where everything is grouped in one place, and quite another to manage distant work objects with constant movement of staff between them and with constantly changing and dynamic production structure, such as shipbuilding. Over time, this has led to the development of a project management system that is so accurate and precise that it is able to perform real-time detailed analysis of each production process (related to human activity) down to the smallest detail, including the key productivity factor - The People. An objective, mathematical evaluation of the work, regardless of the personal preferences of the respective manager, may surprise you. It is possible that, after proper analysis, it turns out that not all of the always raised and privileged workers are really like that productive and effective. You will have another staff appraisal tool that will help you to promote exactly the employees that deserve. Every employer tries to encourage those who bring him money. Every worker needs his well done assignment to be noticed. We assume that as a manager you have often had cases where employees have asked you for a promotion, claiming that they are one of the most productive and conscientious employees. If you are not their direct manager, how do you decide who to promote and who not? Where is the third independent assessment that confirms or refutes the opinion received from the manager? Now you can have such a tool. EVALUATION OF TASKS The system performs a detailed analysis of each task and subtask of the launched project. You can track in real time who has achieved what, when and to the smallest position. You can analyse and evaluate the results. Based on the analysis, you can create a catalog with typical tasks that will be of invaluable help in preparing offers and planning of future work.
