Kachai is a simple, focused workout tracker for strength and cardio. Log exercises in seconds—weight, sets, and reps, or cardio by time, distance, or bodyweight sets. Build a weekly or multiweek plan, log from your schedule set by set, set personal goals (including multi-step progressions), track progress with history and selfies, and share or export your program when you’re ready. Designed to be fast and distraction-free, Kachai keeps workouts in one place without clutter. Features: • Track strength (weight × sets × reps) and cardio (time, distance, or standard) • Set per-exercise goals with the same targets you train (weight, sets, reps, time, or distance) • Lower-is-better goals for assisted lifts and similar progressions • Multi-step goals: ordered targets, manual reorder or reset by volume, schedule shows the next unreached step • See goal progress on schedule cards and goal lines on exercise charts in Report • Complete sets in order from the schedule; each set saves weight, reps, and a timestamp • Edit completed sets, delete the last set, or reset the week’s progress • Apply to last or Apply to all sets to update values and mark an exercise done • Close anytime—partial set progress is kept for the week without marking Done • Schedule cards show last-set values and a circular gauge for set progress • Filter the schedule to show incomplete exercises only • Create weekly or multiweek programs (up to 12 weeks), with a different plan per week • Full-screen cardio timer for Cardio — Time sessions • Browse past weeks, set the current week, and start a fresh cycle at week 1 • Add exercise notes, photos, and links • Choose metric or imperial units for weight and distance • Review history and chart volume by exercise • Save progress selfies with optional weight and height • Share and import full training packages (.kachai), including from the online library • Export printable PDFs with exercises, photos, descriptions, goals, and optional schedule Kachai is perfect for: • Strength training and weightlifting • Cardio and conditioning • Gym routines and multiweek planning • Goal-based progressions (including assisted-weight work) • Tracking personal progress over time • Sharing programs with friends or coaches No ads. No unnecessary complexity. Just your workouts.
