Reserva Alta Norte is a development of rural lots in the Sierra Madre Occidental, Durango, Mexico. This app is its site map, and, if you already bought, your lot's file. THE WHOLE SITE MAP IN YOUR POCKET Zoom, pan and tap any lot to see its surface, its category and whether it is available, has people on its interest list, or is no longer for sale. Search a lot by its identifier, or turn on the printed plan underneath to orient yourself with the same references as the paper. WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL The map ships inside the app. On site, where phones have no data, it still opens: lots, measurements and status are there from the first launch, and it catches up when the signal returns. INFORMATIONAL PRE-QUOTE Pick a lot and a term and the app builds the number: the cash price or, in instalments, the down payment, the monthly amount and the total. It is an estimate so you arrive at the conversation with the figure in hand: it does not reserve the lot and is not a contract. Any purchase is formalised with Alta Norte, outside the app. SIGN UP FOR A LOT Leave your name and phone number and you are on that lot's interest list. No account or password needed. IF YOU ALREADY BOUGHT, YOUR FILE LIVES HERE Buyers who signed a contract with Alta Norte receive an invitation to the customer portal, in the Cuenta tab: your lot and the payment plan of your contract (what is covered and what remains), each monthly instalment with its date, amount and whether the office has recorded it, your documents (contract and receipts), the office's replies, and zone-visit requests. It is for checking, not for paying. The app does not charge, receive payments, ask for bank details or lend money: payments are made directly with Alta Norte by bank transfer or deposit, and here you only see how your plan is going. Customer accounts are created by Alta Norte; there is no sign-up in the app. PRIVACY The map works with no account and no data. No ads, no third-party trackers.
