Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Workout Timer at 4.7 against SuperSlowTrainingTimer's 3.7. Workout Timer also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (23 vs 3). SuperSlowTrainingTimer's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 80%) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
