SuperSlowTrainingTimer is a timer application with a read-out function dedicated to slow training. It counts the movements that are important in slow training, such as lifting slowly, holding, and lowering slowly which are important in slow training, are counted by voice and screen display. You can create as many training menus as you want. The number of seconds, number of repetitions, interval time, and number of sets for each movement can be set freely. Dark mode display, background operation, and operation without releasing silent mode are also supported.
