Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MarchTrack at 5.0 against NASCAR Tracks's 3.3. MarchTrack also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 33) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). NASCAR Tracks's advantage is ratings volume (316 vs 2) and chart position (#138 vs unranked). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
