The Alaska Department of Fish & Game realizes that people are now accustomed to carrying a lot of information and credentials on their mobile device. This mobile app is designed for anglers and hunters in Alaska and designed to enhance pre-trip planning and in-field experience. It provides access to the information and services needed to follow applicable hunting and fishing regulations. Currently, that includes the following: • Display licenses, permits and big game locking-tag records – The mobile app allows you to purchase and view your hunting, fishing, trapping, and most combination licenses. You can also obtain big game locking-tag records, commercial crewmember licenses, hunting permits, harvest tickets, and some personal use fishing permits. All licenses, permits, and big game locking-tag records are valid to carry and display to enforcement in the field on your mobile device. • View Hunting and sport fishing regulations – The mobile app allows you to view all current hunting regulations (including some personal use regulations) for the entire state. Additionally, you can view hunting regulations based on your physical location, search locations statewide, and download maps and regulations for offline use. In the future, the mobile app will include support for sport fishing regulations. • Record Harvest – The mobile app allows you to record hunting and fishing harvests in the field and report some personal use fishing harvests. • Sport fish species identification – Additional features include separate sections for a species identification guide complete with images and text descriptions of commonly targeted sport fish species; definitions, regional and statewide methods and means, prohibited acts and other necessary regulatory content that is not displayed at site specific or sub-levels.

**See Your Swim. Understand Your Stroke. Improve With Every Session.** You know your time. You know your distance. You know your pace. But do you actually know **how you moved through the water?** SwimMotion gives swimmers a new way to understand their technique by turning Apple Watch motion into a visual view of each stroke. Swim with your Apple Watch. Then open SwimMotion on your iPhone to see your stroke motion, compare patterns, review consistency, and understand how your technique changes from stroke to stroke and session to session. ### SEE WHAT YOU CAN’T FEEL Swimming happens fast. Small changes in your pull, recovery, timing, or movement can be difficult to feel while you’re in the water—and even harder to remember afterward. SwimMotion helps make that motion visible. Instead of looking only at workout numbers, you can actually explore how your stroke moved. ### UNDERSTAND YOUR TECHNIQUE Review your: * Freestyle * Backstroke * Breaststroke * Butterfly Explore individual strokes and see how your movement changes throughout a session. Look for patterns. Compare one stroke with another. See where your technique stays consistent—and where it begins to drift. ### TURN EVERY SESSION INTO FEEDBACK A stopwatch tells you the result. SwimMotion helps you investigate **why**. Use your sessions to better understand: * Stroke consistency * Movement patterns * Technique changes * Differences between strokes * Differences between sessions * Progress over time The goal isn’t more data. It’s better feedback. ### SEE YOUR PROGRESS OVER TIME One swim gives you a snapshot. Your history shows the bigger picture. As you build more sessions, SwimMotion helps you compare your swimming over time and see whether your motion is becoming more consistent—or changing in ways worth paying attention to. ### BUILT FOR SWIMMERS WHO CARE ABOUT TECHNIQUE SwimMotion is designed for competitive swimmers, developing athletes, serious recreational swimmers, and anyone who wants to understand more than pace and distance. If you believe technique matters, SwimMotion gives you another way to study it. Use it alongside your coach, your training, and your own feel for the water. ### YOUR SWIM BECOMES THE MODEL Every swimmer moves differently. SwimMotion learns from your reviewed swimming so its stroke analysis becomes personalized to your motion. A small amount of review helps SwimMotion better understand how **you** swim. Your swimming helps improve your own analysis. ### NO CAMERAS. NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT. Just: **Apple Watch → Swim → iPhone → See your motion.** No underwater camera setup. No sensors strapped around your body. No complicated poolside equipment. Simply record your swim with Apple Watch and explore it afterward on iPhone. ### FROM “HOW FAST?” TO “HOW DID I SWIM?” Speed matters. But improvement also comes from understanding the movement behind the speed. **Stop just tracking your swim. Start seeing it.** **SwimMotion — see the motion behind every stroke.**
