Are you in lockdown and confined within the same 4 walls for too long with no end in sight? Are your days fleeting by? Not able to differentiate Monday from Wednesday and this week from last. The Feel app encourages you to do a pulse check towards how your day felt. Start writing any detail that could have contributed to your ups and downs. The Feel app helps you better understand yourself and familiarize with what made today better than yesterday. Measure how you feel anytime of the day with a quick note or two and that's all! At the end of the week or month (or whenever!) go to the calendar view and review how the days went and associate from the notes what made that day particularly better or worse off. Important thing is to not forget to log everyday or it won't be as effective. Now with widgets that makes tracking even easier, just tap on any of the 5 preset icons to record how you feel instantly without needing to open the app at all.

Stuck helps you notice where your energy is and pick a tool for it. Check in with how you're feeling: under-stimulated, balanced, or over-stimulated. Get specific about your state. Then pick from tools matched to that state. The toolkit adapts to your energy level. When your energy is low, try a grounding exercise or some gentle movement, or take a moment to drink some water. When it's high, try a breathing exercise or a sensory cooldown, set a stop alarm, or set a boundary for a task. When you feel balanced, start a focus timer or track a session. More tools for when you need them: - Write a thought down and get AI suggestions for other ways to see it - Break down overwhelming to-dos with AI - Get coaching prompts matched to your state - Track your energy patterns over time - Vent or write in your journal Stuck is for the days your brain won't start on command. There are no streaks or points to keep up. Stuck sends at most one check-in reminder a day, at a time you pick, and you can turn it off in Profile. Stuck is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. --- STUCK PRO --- Stuck is free to use. Stuck Pro adds: - 30 AI reframes and 30 AI breakdowns a day - Up to 10 AI coaching insights a week - Weekly pattern cards from your check-ins - Brain dump to tasks with AI - Your last 30 check-in notes Stuck Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. If you haven't had a Stuck Pro trial before, it starts with 7 days free. The app shows the price in your currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
