Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Transcribe Video at 4.9 against GroupShot's 3.2. Transcribe Video also leads on ratings volume (27 vs 5). GroupShot's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
