Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TOD by beIN at 4.4 against Shoof's 3.7. TOD by beIN also leads on ratings volume (3.1K vs 49) and chart position (#32 vs unranked). Shoof's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. TOD by beIN sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Shoof sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
TOD by beIN holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TOD by beIN has 3.1K ratings behind it against 49, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 10% of TOD by beIN's written reviews are positive against 0% of Shoof's.
TOD by beIN ships an update every 5 weeks, Shoof fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
