TecHGV is a Dual Language mobile app designed to let drivers perform vehicle checks, MOT checks, record fuel and AdBlue usage and report accidents using their iOS device. The idea of this app is to reduce a company’s paper trail while giving company’s the option to print reports when they want them. By storing reports in the cloud, you are freeing up valuable storage room which can be used for other things. Your drivers will fill in a report at the start of shift, end of shift, trailer pick-up and drop-off using an iOS device. They will be given the chance to select a specific type of vehicles assigned to them. They will then answer a series of questions with Yes, No, NA, you will be able to view the report using our web based dashboard. More Information About App: Our app is designed to be used by HGV drivers , Taxi drivers and other self employed drivers who work outside IR35 and to remain compliant. so our app is not restricted to be used by users who are part of a single company. Our app is designed to be used by drivers only who work through their own PSC, outside IR35 or on Umbrella PAYE or general PAYE. Our app will be used by drivers companies at large which includes HGV Drivers , Taxi Drivers, VAN drivers to name a few. General Features which will benefit all users of app are Job Posting, Timesheet and monthly expenses. Users obtain an account via filing the questionnaire , the link of which is shared either by their own agency who are associated with us or via directly registering with us. Currently there is none of the content in the app which is chargeable. We charge a basic fee to do their IR35 Compliance every week. but usage of app is free as of now.
