About

Workout & Gym Tracker

Features

Chalk is a workout tracker that scores you on showing up, not on how much you lift. Finish a session and you earn points. Every Monday the week closes and you either climb a ten-tier ladder or slide back down it. Iron to Chalk. THE LOGGER One tap to finish a set. Copy forward from the last one. RIR when you want it, ignored when you don't. Last time's weight and reps sit on every row, so you always know what you are trying to beat. The rest timer runs on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, because you read it with the phone face down on a bench. 876 EXERCISES Search or filter down to what your gym actually has. Every movement carries your own history on it, your estimated 1RM, and your records. THE LADDER Ten tiers. Ten points for a session, up to five more for finishing what you planned, and a cap of six sessions a week — so a routine beats a binge and there is nothing to grind. A session scores when the timer ran in the app, you marked the sets as you went, and you put in at least ten minutes and three sets. Anything you write up afterwards still saves to your history. It just doesn't score, which is the only reason the number means anything. Season 0 is you against your own last four weeks. Season 1 opens brackets with real people in them, and we will never fill one with bots. A FIVE-WEEK BLOCK — CHALK PRO Answer four questions and Chalk writes you a five-week training block, on the phone, without an account. Progression built in, a deload where it belongs, and each week answering what you actually lifted rather than what the plan assumed you would. It works from fixed tables drawn from published training research, and they are the same tables on every device. WHAT IS FREE, AND STAYS FREE The whole logger. The rest timer and the Live Activity. Your full history, editable. Records and estimated 1RM. Twelve weeks of insights. The ladder itself. Nothing that affects your standing is ever for sale. Not points, not a second chance at a drop. A ladder you can buy your way up is not a ladder. Chalk suggests exercise. It is not medical advice and it knows nothing about your health. Ask a doctor before you start a new program, and stop if something hurts. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
