Thoth-DocBridge keeps your flight crews working from the right documents — automatically. Built for airlines, flight operators, and training organizations, Thoth-DocBridge delivers controlled operational documentation to every crew iPad and iPhone and keeps it current. When your operations team publishes a new manual or revision, it appears on the right pilots' devices within seconds — no manual syncing, no out-of-date PDFs. KEY FEATURES • Always current — Documents update automatically whenever your admin publishes a change. Crews see exactly what changed and can review it before continuing. • Works offline — Every assigned document is downloaded to the device, so pilots have full access in the cockpit, in the air, or anywhere without a connection. • Acknowledgements & deadlines — Require crew to acknowledge important revisions by a set date, with a clear record of who has confirmed. • Organized by manual type — Company Manual, Flight Manual, Operations Manual, Mass & Balance, Safety Manual and more, grouped and easy to browse. • Role and fleet aware — Pilots see only the documents assigned to their group or fleet (for example Boeing or Airbus), keeping each crew focused on what's relevant. • Effective dates at a glance — See when a document becomes effective and when it expires, so you always know which revision is in force. • Fast search — Find any manual or notice instantly by title or type, and search inside a manual with results as you type, grouped by chapter. • Focused reading — A clean PDF reader with light and dark modes for day or night operations. HOW IT WORKS Thoth-DocBridge works alongside the Thoth-DocBridge admin console, where your operations team uploads documents, assigns them to crew groups, and publishes updates. Pilots simply sign in on their iPad or iPhone and everything they need is there — current, offline, and ready. ACCOUNTS Thoth-DocBridge is a business application. User accounts are created and managed by your organization's administrator. A company account is required to sign in.
