Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Stronger by the Day at free with in-app purchases against Arius's subscription. Stronger by the Day also leads on ratings volume (3.6K vs 9). Arius's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
