Element CRM

Element CRM is the phone app of the Element Real Estate CRM, made for the company's sales consultants in the East and West branches. It is an internal tool: you sign in with the email and password Element issued to you and you see exactly the leads, activities and numbers the CRM on your desk shows you. There is no sign-up in the app, no purchases and no advertising. How a working day runs in it. MY DAY Open the app in the morning and the day is already sorted: overdue follow-ups first, then what is due today, then leads with no next step booked, then what is coming up. Tick a call or meeting done and the app asks you to book the next step on that lead straight away, so no open lead is left hanging. The header counts your overdue, today, open, EOI and won leads, so you and your team leader see the same numbers. LEADS Your open leads, newest first, with a chip for every stage of the pipeline across the top, from New to Reserved and Contracted. Tap a stage to see only those leads, or search by name, phone or project. Each card shows the source, the campaign the lead came from and whether it is locked under a TCR. ONE LEAD Everything about the client on one screen: buttons to call or open WhatsApp with a ready greeting, the next step with a tick to complete it, the stage track (tap to move), qualification (budget, purpose, unit type, timeframe), the source and campaign, and a timeline of every call, note and stage change. Log call records the outcome in a few taps: Interested, Call back, Meeting set, No answer, Busy, Not interested or Wrong number. Call back, No answer and Busy book the retry for you; Meeting set opens the meeting booking. Update the qualification while the client is still on the line. Follow-up books a call, meeting or task for today, tomorrow, in 3 days or next week. Add note keeps what they said on record. Mark lost asks for a reason so the pipeline stays honest, and a lost lead can be reopened. Moving a lead to Reserved or Contracted creates the TCR from the phone: deal type, unit type, developer, project, unit number, amount, deposit and the developer's agent. The lead moves the moment the TCR exists, and your team leader and Operations approve it from the CRM. POOL Out of leads? Pick an area, choose 3, 5 or 10, and pull fresh leads into your list. They arrive assigned to you, in New, and the screen shows how many you have left today under the daily cap. LAILA Laila is the CRM assistant, the same one as on the desk. Ask her about your leads, follow-ups or numbers in plain language and she answers from your own data, with a chart when a number is easier to see than to read. When she suggests booking a follow-up, adding a note or moving a stage, nothing happens until you confirm it. The conversation is one thread on the phone and on the desk. INVENTORY Search the live catalog while the client is on the line: tens of thousands of units across hundreds of compounds. Type a compound, developer, area or unit code, narrow by area and unit type, read out the price and payment terms, and open the unit to send it on WhatsApp or share it. INSIGHTS Your month at a glance: leads received, calls, meetings, won, win rate, conversion and where your open leads sit by stage. Team leaders and managers also get the leaderboard for the people they manage (7, 30 or 90 days) and the open funnel with the drop-off at each stage. MORE Your name, role, team, branch, the app version and sign out. WHO CAN USE IT Element CRM is for Element Real Estate staff only. Accounts are created by the company; if you have not set a password yet, open the invitation link your admin sent you. The app shows each person their own leads within their branch, exactly as the CRM does. The call and WhatsApp buttons open your phone's dialer and WhatsApp; the app does not access your contacts, photos, camera or location and does not send push notifications.
