Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LN at 4.5 against TOP DRWR's 3.8. LN also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (460 vs 4). TOP DRWR's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 16%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
LN holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LN has 460 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of LN's written reviews are positive against 50% of TOP DRWR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
