Really struggle with this app. It just doesn’t work properly. It always takes a while to load and for the last few weeks, I haven’t been able move items to my wish list , whether it’s from my cart or the product page. I just get an error message. When will this app get a decent update?
Terrible Company
Be very careful ordering here! LN-CC does not follow EU consumer laws and is withholding money specifically from US customers, claiming those are “duties”. However, their duty fee greatly exceeds the official one payable to customs.

The app is glitchy and almost impossible to use but LN-CC itself is a fantastic vendor. I wish I didn’t have to leave one star but this app is awful. I never leave reviews.

I’ve been trying to buy 2 items for over an hour with this terrible checkout system. I lost one item due to high demand. LN-CC, I’ve bought clothes from you for years but seriously get your checkout process sorted out. Bloody useless!

My god this company cannot build an app or website to save their lives. So many issues, changing prices, payment options not working, I’ve just given up trying to purchase.
Love this app use it all the time.
Discounts get deep here and the selection is pretty strong. Gotta love it.
Garbage site
The site never quite worked and with the recent update, I can’t even log in anymore. Not recognizing my correct pw. They need to hire competent engineers

Don’t buy from them
The stuff send wrong color, wrong size clothing twice, only my first time they delivered the correct item. After that, I don’t know what’s in their head, definitely not a normal human beings brain.
Garbage app

So slow
It takes forever to load when you open the app. Often times it doesn’t even load.
No refund for return
I bought a bracelet and found it was damaged. So I asked for a refund. Their platform responded very slowly. In the end, they didn't return my money. This is a scam website

Worst experiences in online luxury fashion
LN-CC is a far cry from other online luxury retailers. My last two orders have had problems that have taken months and are still unresolved. The worst part is customer service is unresponsive to my inquiries for updates. Incredibly frustrating.
