Indications for use: The Pepper EMS Training System is an Over-The-Counter device intended to stimulate healthy muscles to improve or facilitate muscle performance. It is to be used by healthy adults only. The Pepper EMS Training System is not intended to be used in conjunction with therapy or treatment of medical diseases or medical conditions of any kind. None of the training programs or operational parameters are designed to target injured or ailing muscles and its use on such muscles is contraindicated. The Pepper EMS Training System’s electrical impulses allow the triggering of action potentials on the motoneurons of motor nerves (excitations). These excitations of motoneurons are transmitted to the muscle fibers via the motor endplate where they generate mechanical muscle fiber responses that correspond to muscle work. Depending on the parameters of the electrical impulses (pulse frequency, duration of contraction, duration of rest, total session duration), different types of muscle work can be imposed on the stimulated muscles. Environment of use: Athletic and Sports Training Environments
GymTimer
Read full descriptionHide full description
GymTimer is a no-frills interval timer built for one thing: running your gym sets without fumbling with a stopwatch between reps. HOW IT WORKS Set your Work duration, Rest duration, and how many repetitions you want (2, 3, 4, or Unlimited) — then start training. GymTimer counts down each phase with a clear circular timer, plays a sound and vibration when a phase changes, and gives you a spoken "ten seconds" warning before rest ends so you're never caught off guard. FEATURES • Simple +/- steppers for Work and Rest durations • Set a rep target, or go Unlimited and just keep training • Big, glanceable countdown ring with phase and time remaining • Audio + haptic cues on every phase change, plus a 10-second rest warning • Pause, resume, or restart mid-session without losing your settings • Screen stays awake during a workout, so it won't lock mid-set • Your last-used settings are remembered for next time • Clean, distraction-free dark interface No accounts, no sign-up, no setup beyond picking your numbers. Just open it, set your intervals, and train.
