Diesel AK Gym vs nomy performance

Diesel AK class booking system

**Your routine. Your way.** Every session begins with a short check-in quiz about how you feel today. Nomy uses your answers to build a warm-up that meets you exactly where you are — not a one-size-fits-all exercise plan, but a living routine that adapts to your state of mind and body before every performance. Your routine is built around three pillars: **Body** — Physical exercises that awaken your nervous system and discharge pre-show tension. From breathwork and vagal stimulation to movement and grounding techniques, your body routine helps you arrive on stage regulated, not rattled. **Self-Talk** — Affirmations spoken aloud to warm your mind and anchor your confidence. Science shows that verbalising positive intent directly before performance improves focus and reduces anxiety. **Intentions** — Guided visualisation to focus your attention and ground your performance. Closing your eyes and rehearsing success is one of the most powerful tools an elite performer can use. --- **How it works** 1. Answer a short quiz about how you feel today 2. Receive a personalised warm-up routine 3. Complete it before you step on stage 4. Log your experience and grow over time --- **21 evidence-based exercises** Nomy draws from a curated library of 21 exercises across breathwork, vocal vibration, movement, and somatic grounding — including 4-7-8 Breathing, Box Breathing, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Humming, the Dive Reflex, and more. Every technique is selected for its clinical effectiveness in regulating the nervous system via the vagus nerve. --- **Performance Log** After every show, record your observations to preserve the moment. The Performance Log creates a bridge between your past experiences and your future growth — a therapeutic process known as "closing the loop" that allows adrenaline to settle rather than carrying tension forward. --- **Built for singers. Trusted by performers.** Whether you're stepping onto a West End stage, a local recital, or a recording session, Nomy helps you develop the autonomy and consistency that separates good performances from unforgettable ones.
