Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nintendo Music at 80% against EVERLINE's 11%. Nintendo Music also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). EVERLINE's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
