About

RetireFlow

Features

Ditch the spreadsheets and the static calculators. RetireFlow brings detailed retirement modeling to your pocket. Built by an experienced quantitative analyst, it turns the plan you enter into an illustration you can stress-test. WHY RETIREFLOW? Most calculators use straight-line math. RetireFlow can run Monte Carlo — 1,000 paths by default, or 250 or 500 for a faster run — to illustrate market variation, inflation, and tax. Historical replays compiled past years instead. Look at your working years and retirement through the end of the plan you set. KEY FEATURES: Monte Carlo and Historical: See how often the plan you entered meets a spending target across many simulated futures, or across past market sequences. The Backsolver: Choose a confidence level and illustrate a spending level, a savings change, or an ending amount. Goals: Add more than one spending period, extra jobs with their own start and end ages, income-producing assets such as a rental, and one-off life events. Set a spending guardrail: keep spending fixed, let RetireFlow raise or cut it with the portfolio, or use VPW, a percentage of liquid or total net worth through your plan end. Save and compare plans. Today’s dollars: See projected wealth in today’s purchasing power. On your device: No account and no cloud sync. Your plan is modeled on your iPhone. Private AI Observations are optional. Bring your own API key for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok. That conversation goes only to the provider you choose, under that provider’s terms. RetireFlow does not read it. Tax illustration: Federal and provincial or state tax for Canada and the United States, including a move from one country to the other. This is a model of published rules, not a tax return. Accounts: RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, RESP, LIRA and LIF, 401(k) including Roth, Traditional and Roth IRA, HSA, and a 529 Plan, plus pensions, government benefits, and taxable savings. Charts: A net-worth range across simulated lives, plus spending, cash flow, and tax views. RetireFlow is an educational illustration. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice. A RandFact Works Inc. Production. Retirement isn't about scarcity; it's about the permission to spend.
