Verdict
Summer Moon and Ethereal Cafe both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Ethereal Cafe's written reviews are positive against 44% of Summer Moon's. Summer Moon's advantage is ratings volume (11K vs 52) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Summer Moon against 4.9 for Ethereal Cafe.
