App requires too much information for payment

App alerts and not functional
Constantly getting an alert after centering the payment info, then have to enter it again. I’ve tried different cards, deleting and reinstalling. I’m probably successful with app ordering twice a month and I go there 6 days a week.
Payment does not work
Like many reviews mentioned, I have not been able to enter any payment info in the app. It just constantly says it can’t communicate with my bank. This has happened for well over a year and the technical support for this app is clueless on how to fix it.
Excellent coffee cool app
Summermoon is my favourite coffee shop in Austin and their rewards program is cool
Inconvenient
You have to input credit card information it does not accept Apple Pay, which is super inconvenient when you are on the go and ready for coffee!
Payment
Does not accept apple pay and somehow did not accept my tried and true Visa card and no way to edit card info

So delish!!! I need to venture out but am stuck on a 1/4 moon summer latte with cinnamon!!! So good it’s hard to try anything else!

Great app, but auto/hidden fees
The app is great to use, but they charge you an online fee and then automatically charge a tip. Don’t like either of those, so I will only be using the app to scan for points and not to place orders.
Useless app
Can’t use any of your credit cards, can’t order online. Don’t bother emailing customer service, they can’t help you either…

Bring back Apple ID
Had previously logged in with Apple and cannot access my account. I can’t sign up for a new account because my phone number is associated with my old account, which I cannot access because I cannot receive a reset link since I never had a password.
Won’t accept any payment
App will not take any of my attempted payments have tried all my cards all of them give me the same error. Have tried website. Have tried adding cards while checking out. Have tried adding cards via settings and adding a payment method. Nothing works. So annoying. I usually have my young kids with me I don’t want to have to stand in a long line with them to order my coffee!

It works only half of times. Constantly popping up an error message or straight up tells me to go on the website instead.

Easy enough to find items to order. Appreciate product descriptions. PLEASE ADD APPLE PAY.

The app is a disaster. You can’t load a credit card and they charge you a fee to order coffee using the app and top it all off, Apple Pay is not an option! Considering never going to Summer Moon coffee again just because the app sucks so bad.

Can’t place order without account
I had this app for a really long time, and you used to be able to just place an order without an account, but since the recent update now you have to have or created account. Create an account keeps denying every password that could possibly be used won’t send any password. Reef reset link can’t make a new account since there’s already an email and our phone number associated with the account so now the app is completely useless unless you have a working account.

It was hard to pay. I abandoned my order and just went in the shop. You guys need Apple Pay enabled.
