No apple pay
So outdated payment system
credit card won’t work
The credit card i input keeps failing and there’s horrible UX trying to retry. There’s also no apple pay despite the website having it.
App alerts and not functional
This app has not worked for me in months no matter how many times I reinstall it!
Great Coffee
Always great coffee whatever city I go to Summer Moon.
Summer Moon is waaaay better than…
I pity those who don't have access to Summer Moon. Starbucks…who?
The app is convenient but…
It would be better if more customizations were available. I hope they reconsider charging for milk substitutions.
App requires too much information for payment
^
App alerts and not functional
Constantly getting an alert after centering the payment info, then have to enter it again. I’ve tried different cards, deleting and reinstalling. I’m probably successful with app ordering twice a month and I go there 6 days a week.
Payment does not work
Like many reviews mentioned, I have not been able to enter any payment info in the app. It just constantly says it can’t communicate with my bank. This has happened for well over a year and the technical support for this app is clueless on how to fix it.
Excellent coffee cool app
Summermoon is my favourite coffee shop in Austin and their rewards program is cool
Inconvenient
You have to input credit card information it does not accept Apple Pay, which is super inconvenient when you are on the go and ready for coffee!
Payment
Does not accept apple pay and somehow did not accept my tried and true Visa card and no way to edit card info
Creamiest of All
So delish!!! I need to venture out but am stuck on a 1/4 moon summer latte with cinnamon!!! So good it’s hard to try anything else!
Best coffee and customer service in any town.
I absolutely love Summer Moon coffee! The people that work at Summer Moon are all fantastic.
Great app, but auto/hidden fees
The app is great to use, but they charge you an online fee and then automatically charge a tip. Don’t like either of those, so I will only be using the app to scan for points and not to place orders.
Useless app
Can’t use any of your credit cards, can’t order online. Don’t bother emailing customer service, they can’t help you either…
Texolina06
Always friendly staff with prompt service. The environment is great for working as a satellite office as well 🔥
Bring back Apple ID
Had previously logged in with Apple and cannot access my account. I can’t sign up for a new account because my phone number is associated with my old account, which I cannot access because I cannot receive a reset link since I never had a password.
Won’t accept any payment
App will not take any of my attempted payments have tried all my cards all of them give me the same error. Have tried website. Have tried adding cards while checking out. Have tried adding cards via settings and adding a payment method. Nothing works. So annoying. I usually have my young kids with me I don’t want to have to stand in a long line with them to order my coffee!

50/50
It works only half of times. Constantly popping up an error message or straight up tells me to go on the website instead.
