I absolutely love Summer Moon coffee! The people that work at Summer Moon are all fantastic.
Great app, but auto/hidden fees
The app is great to use, but they charge you an online fee and then automatically charge a tip. Don’t like either of those, so I will only be using the app to scan for points and not to place orders.
Useless app
Can’t use any of your credit cards, can’t order online. Don’t bother emailing customer service, they can’t help you either…

Bring back Apple ID
Had previously logged in with Apple and cannot access my account. I can’t sign up for a new account because my phone number is associated with my old account, which I cannot access because I cannot receive a reset link since I never had a password.
Won’t accept any payment
App will not take any of my attempted payments have tried all my cards all of them give me the same error. Have tried website. Have tried adding cards while checking out. Have tried adding cards via settings and adding a payment method. Nothing works. So annoying. I usually have my young kids with me I don’t want to have to stand in a long line with them to order my coffee!

It works only half of times. Constantly popping up an error message or straight up tells me to go on the website instead.

Easy enough to find items to order. Appreciate product descriptions. PLEASE ADD APPLE PAY.

The app is a disaster. You can’t load a credit card and they charge you a fee to order coffee using the app and top it all off, Apple Pay is not an option! Considering never going to Summer Moon coffee again just because the app sucks so bad.

I had this app for a really long time, and you used to be able to just place an order without an account, but since the recent update now you have to have or created account. Create an account keeps denying every password that could possibly be used won’t send any password. Reef reset link can’t make a new account since there’s already an email and our phone number associated with the account so now the app is completely useless unless you have a working account.

It was hard to pay. I abandoned my order and just went in the shop. You guys need Apple Pay enabled.

Rough User Experience
Login issues, minor UI blips, and significant delays between input and the UI element updating. I love the coffee, but this app is painful to use (when I can log in at all). Might be worth a review from corporate.
Fix Tipping
Don’t make tipping 10% a default! Fix that ASAP, let the customer choose vs catch it after ordering.
Addicted
My absolute favorite coffee ever! So creamy! That Moon Milk will get you hooked! 😉 Hot or cold they have you covered. 💜

Lack of mobile wallet in guest

No customer support
I love Summer Moon but this app has zero customer support. I have been having a login issue for months and have sent several emails to Summer Moon asking for assistance either resetting my account or deleting my account so I can make a new one. I have never received a reply to any email. We have now resorted to asking Reddit and ChatGPT what we should try to get someone’s attention so that this problem may one day be solved.
