Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Snap Send at 100% against Sleekpoint's 49%. Snap Send also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Sleekpoint's advantage is ratings volume (3.9K vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Snap Send holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sleekpoint has 3.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
