App name is just not intuitive
Why am I using an app of yet another company? I mean I get it, but if the hardware is called Airversa with nothing hinting that I need to open some random other app, then I’m never going to know which app to use.
Fresh Product
It’s great to have this user friendly Apple ready product for an armature like me to install and set up. Thanks for some great engineering.
Simple Design - Minor flaws
I appreciate the apps, simple platform and easy to set up schedules. My only complaint so far is that it gives you the option to change your time zone but when you make the selection it continues to the default, so it is not actually following my preferred schedule for day and night frequency.
Best biometric WiFi lock yet
I’ve had many biometric locks but this one is the best so far. Battery life excellent and accurate sensor. Very easy to install but challenging for those with arthritis.
Manual is misleading
I sent it back because the Manuel did not explain how to set it up clearly.
Short Lived
This was great for a couple of month. Even though I cleaned the bottle it stopped diffusing. Even though I bought a brand new diffuser bottle. Nope. Nothing. For what it costs I hoped for more and my fragrance is expensive so it isn’t that. I’m so sad.

Superb Diffuser w Great App
I like this diffuser because it’s highly customizable through its intuitive app. I can create multiple schedules, then quickly adjust start and stop times, as well as the intensity of the scent it disperses. It’s wonderfully convenient.
If you prefer physical controls on the unit itself, this probably isn’t the diffuser for you. There are plenty of options with onboard controls, though most lack app functionality. For me, the standout feature is the ability to set it and forget it. Once programmed, it turns on and off automatically every day without any intervention—exactly as a smart device should. (A rare case of technology behaving itself.)
That convenience is a dealbreaker for me. I previously bought a beautifully designed all-metal diffuser in a lovely pastel blue. It had both manual controls and an app, but the app erased the schedule every day, forcing me to restart it manually each time. Lovely to look at; maddening to live with. Back it went.
At its mid-$60 price point, this diffuser is dependable, easy to operate, and an excellent value. Its large reservoir holds even the biggest essential oil bottles, so refills are infrequent. Better yet, it uses remarkably little oil while still producing a consistent, noticeable scent. I highly recommend it.
P.S. There are countless essential oils to choose from, but my favorite is Capri Breeze Essential Oil (No. 1100) by Hotel Collection. It has the most delicious scent—like a tropical beach kissed by sweet, sun-ripened fruit. I love coming home after work, opening the front door, and being greeted by that wonderful aroma.

Terrible
I never rate apps. This one simply doesn’t work after iOS 26 updates. I have 4 AP2 purifiers that are now just paperweights.
App not working
App was fine when it allowed me to find my lock but now it gets stuck updating and can’t find the lock. Contacted support and no response.
Owner
It’s simple I love it
Stop working the first day
This app has stopped working the very first day. Have to delete it and reinstall.

Fonctionnent tres bien avec l’application.
Slow Response
Products use to work well but now updates are slow, app doesn’t work well with HomeKit.
Wow
Best I’ve used!
It Works Great
I had purchased a different scent diffuser first and the app was absolutely miserable. In fact it didn’t even work and I returned it. I was incredibly surprised at how great this app actually works. Totally intuitive and does everything I wanted to do. Great app.
Amazing
This is the most amazing infuser on the market it is the best and I’ve tried at least seven I have two of them one of my main level one upstairs and I gotta get one more for downstairs. Love it.
Broken sign up
Can't even create an account due to being told my password needs to be between 2 and 50 characters - I tried 4 different passwords each with 25ish characters, trying different things like symbols vs no symbols vs simple symbols. Nothing worked. It also told me the emailed verification code wasn't valid when it was for each of these 4 attempts. A seriously crazy broken app to put into production, especially given that Claude Code exists nowadays.
