Bugs galore, incompatible app
This app doesn’t work on iPhone 17 pro running latest iOS. Uninstalled and reinstalled 50 times just trying to get the Bluetooth permissions screen to stay and allow - it flashes on screen and goes away - making the lock useless and no way to set up. Tried to setup via email - it’s supposed to send a code - that screen also crashes - no confirmation of code sent or what’s the error. Basically, I just can’t get it to set up a “smart lock” which makes it just another lock. This is a bogus app. Waste of time

App broken?
Your app now requires me to log in. And yet, I’m unable to sign in as new, log in as my previous user, nor reset my password. How do I use this app?
App doesn’t work at all
The app won’t let me click express mode and won’t send a confirmation code to get an account. I’ve deleted it and restarted and made sure I have the latest updates. I can’t use the diffuser without the app as it was the main reason I bought the diffuser.
Bluetooth Not So Great
Great…but could be…excellent. The schedule and output rate controls are fabulous. However, the Bluetooth doesn’t seem to function well.

I tried fragrance oil and it irritated my lungs but once I switched over to essential oil diffusion the reduction in lung capacity either went away or became unnoticeable. It does remind me of vaping so I would just suggest natural high quality oils.
Horrible!
This thing does not work. The original one that I purchased did not work. I called customer service and they sent me a new one. The new one works but the only way to sit it off is to unplug it. The user interface in the software app does not work - the device just keeps running and is very loud. This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made.

Best Diffuser!
I have used many diffusers where you add water to them. This one is so much better. I only attend to it once a month to do some very easy cleaning (literally running alcohol through it) to prevent essential oils from clogging it. I’ve only had it for a month but so far I love it! Easy one time set up, effortless daily use, and very easy monthly preventative maintenance. Highly recommend!

Great air purifier, bad software
The air purifier works great, and as intended. The problem is the application. It will constantly disconnect or have issues communicating with Apple home or the smart phone and several times per year. It randomly removes itself from the app and I have to add it again like a new device.
Smooth App
So far no problems with the app. Functions nicely and is very easy to use.
Awesome diffuser
Comparable to the best on the market. I prefer the compact shape and size. Works well even in my family room that is over 700 sq ft.
App name is just not intuitive
Why am I using an app of yet another company? I mean I get it, but if the hardware is called Airversa with nothing hinting that I need to open some random other app, then I’m never going to know which app to use.
Fresh Product
It’s great to have this user friendly Apple ready product for an armature like me to install and set up. Thanks for some great engineering.
Simple Design - Minor flaws
I appreciate the apps, simple platform and easy to set up schedules. My only complaint so far is that it gives you the option to change your time zone but when you make the selection it continues to the default, so it is not actually following my preferred schedule for day and night frequency.
Best biometric WiFi lock yet
I’ve had many biometric locks but this one is the best so far. Battery life excellent and accurate sensor. Very easy to install but challenging for those with arthritis.
Manual is misleading
I sent it back because the Manuel did not explain how to set it up clearly.
