Shine from the inside out. This app is a space for dancers to come home to themselves—before class, before competition, and after the lights go down. Through short, guided practices rooted in the Inside Out Method™, you’ll learn to read your body’s signals, regulate pre-performance nerves, and return to the truest version of you. What’s inside: • A daily Body Check-In™ to name where you are and what you need • Regulation tools that meet you in the moment—breath, grounding, movement, and more • Your North Star: five words that anchor who you are underneath the pressure • Mini mental-training courses you can listen to between rehearsals • A private journal to track patterns, wins, and the moments that matter • Performance-week mode that shifts with your competition calendar No need to get it right every time. Just show up, notice what’s true, and take one small step toward the dancer—and person—you’re becoming. You don’t have to perform your way into worthiness. You already carry the light. This app helps you find it again.
