Free open-source software for creating a personal VPN on your virtual server, as well as for connecting to Amnezia VPN services: Amnezia Free and Amnezia Premium. All services use protocols with traffic obfuscation and protection against blocking. To create a VPN on your own server, simply provide the IP address, username, and password of your server (VPS), and Amnezia will create and configure your personal VPN in just a couple of minutes, which you can then connect to.
